The room was super cozy and quiet, an absolute treat after exploring the city. I loved unwinding in the jacuzzi and checking out the sun terrace for some amazing skyline views. My only issue was with the complimentary toiletries, which felt a bit off, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The staff here was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond — they helped us find rides when we needed them, especially on my kid’s birthday, which made it extra special.

Modern Design with Great City Views

I stayed in a Standard King Room for one night and was impressed by the modern design and spacious layout. The shower was exceptional, and I loved the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the city. The gym was well-equipped, and the proximity to diverse dining options, including a food court and tasty restaurants, was a highlight. However, parking could be a bit challenging at peak times.

I recently stayed at Renaissance and enjoyed the modern room and rooftop view, ideal for romantic evenings. Finding food was challenging at night since the bar was closed, but the airport shuttle service made travel easy. Overall, a great experience!

Amazing room, amazing views, the rooftop offered breathtaking sights, and the food at Prime Met Steakhouse was truly delicious.

the renaissance hotel impressed me much more than my previous stay in new york. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. the skyline view from the dining area on the 12th floor was breathtaking and added a magical touch.
